Shane recently settled in Kalgoorlie to take up the role of Tenant Advocate for the Goldfields. He has a personal interest in Aboriginal welfare and supporting individuals impacted by adverse mental health conditions.

Sowmiya Kumar Sekar

Legal Support Assistant

Sowmiya supports the legal team with professionalism and reliability. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and is completing postgraduate studies.

Shufaa Athman

Senior Solicitor

Shufaa is a dedicated Family Legal Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Edith Cowan University (2014) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (2015). In 2022, she completed a Master of Applied Law in Family Law through the College of Law.

Loiwe Nyirongo

Principal Solicitor

Loiwe began her legal career in 2016 and joined GCLC in 2017, making significant contributions to the Goldfields-Esperance Region. She returned to GCLC as Principal Solicitor after a tenure at the Pilbara Community Legal Centre.

Steph De La Cuesta

Senior Solicitor

Steph, a Kalgoorlie-born local, joined GCLC in July 2023. She started her legal career at Western Australia's second oldest law firm in the Wills and Estates team, gaining experience from WA's leading Wills and Deceased Estates specialists.

Wilhelmina Ankrah

Solicitor

Wilhemina provides legal assistance in family law, child protection, and civil matters. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia and completed her Practical Legal Training with the Piddington Society.

Rozanne Van Dyk

Solicitor

Rozanne is a Solicitor providing legal services in Family Law and General Civil Law. She is passionate about using her skills to serve the community and vulnerable individuals.

Riley Norris

Paralegal

Riley graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and is currently working towards admission as a solicitor, undertaking Practical Legal Training through the College of Law.

Phoebe Wilton

Paralegal

Phoebe holds a Certificate III and IV in Legal Services and is studying a Diploma of Paralegal Services at North Metropolitan TAFE. She has experience supporting lawyers across Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Law, and Wills & Estates.

Lily Gohodzi

Tenancy Advocate

Lily holds a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in human services and community work. Her background in community advocacy puts her in a strong position to support tenants dealing with complex housing issues.

Dorali is the Legal Receptionist at the Goldfields Community Legal Centre, providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients.

Community Coordinator

Since January 2025, Leeanne has been working as the Migrant Advocate Support for the SETS program. She also supports the Goldfields Tenancy program, assisting clients facing tenancy challenges.
